Evaluation is used to measure whether goals are being met, the amounts of change in programs over time, to help create new programs, and to make sure that client groups are being served. Inherent in evaluation is measurement, goal achievement, and recommendations for change. GenQuest's evaluators work with organizations to view the need for evaluation, develop evaluation processes, help with the data collection and measurement processes, and make sense of the results.
