FAQs
If I submit my resume to a specific position, am I committed to that position?
No. Submitting your application does not mean you are committed to working for GenQuest or any of our customers, nor does it mean you will be selected. All resumes will be reviewed for adequate qualifications based upon the needed position. You will be contacted if your resume qualifies.
How can I apply for an open position?
All resumes must be submitted online under the Employment tab. Resumes submitted by email will not be accepted. We also do not accept resumes sent via the mail, and we cannot accept resumes that are hand-delivered to our offices.
To apply: Open the Employment tab, choose the position you are interested in, and click “apply”. Even if there isn't a suitable opening for you at the moment, please feel free to submit a general application for future consideration. We are always looking for talented individuals. We have an open collection process for online applications, and we will review all qualified applicants when we have an opening.
What will my relationship with GenQuest be if I am hired?
If you are hired, you become an employee of GenQuest, who works with our customer. Our customers range from federal government agencies to corporations.
I am only interested in working with GenQuest as a 1099 contractor/consultant.
This opportunity depends on the contract we have with the customer. If this arrangement can be made we will make every effort to do this. If it can’t be made we’ll make every effort to make it a smooth transition into being an employee.
Does this position include benefits (PTO, dental, vision, medical, and 401K)?
If this is for a temporary services contract, it does not include these benefits. Benefits for a particular position will depend on the contract with the customer.
