Mediation can bring about mutual decisions and agreements which are fair and meet the needs of each party. GenQuest has mediated hundreds of workplace, community and education disputes. All GenQuest mediators are certified in the mediation process.
 
How does mediation work?  
Mediation is a part of a continuum of processes that empower both parties to move forward through their decisions. Pre-mediation interviews are conducted with the parties in order to establish rapport, clarify issues, and prepare them for a successful mediation session. During the mediation, our mediator's create a positive and safe environment. They ask appropriate questions with the goal of allowing parties to understand each other's perspective and ultimately create solutions.

They focus on work agreements and establishing rules of communication instead of approaching it from a clinical standpoint. Rather than working on repairing the past they work on how to move forward in the relationship. GenQuest’s philosophy is to thinks in terms of interests and needs, instead of positions.
