U.S. Air Force Senior Executive Leadership Conference
Since 2007, GenQuest has managed the U.S. Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) Senior Executive Leadership Conference in Leesburg, VA.
GenQuest has provided event planning and management services that have allowed senior leaders in the Air Force Medical Service to meet together in an open forum with the Air Force Surgeon General and Headquarters Air Force staff to: discuss how to balance and meet today’s AFMS missions; share lessons learned and best practices regarding practical issues in leading/managing AFMS medical treatment facilities; and to develop concrete, actionable items for upcoming years. We are committed to aligning our services with the Air Force Surgeon General’s business goals, values, and core leadership competencies. We look forward, each year, to a productive and beneficial collaboration with the Office of the Air Force Surgeon General.
AFMS Senior Executive Leadership Conference has an average attendance of 750+ per conference.
U.S. Air Force Team Aerospace Operational Solutions (TAOS) Conference
GenQuest worked with the U.S. Air Force Medical Support Agency, Aerospace Medicine Division to manage the 2010 Team Aerospace Operation Solutions (TAOS) Conference. GenQuest was selected to organize this conference based on our successful history in planning national military conferences, and our ability to offer full conference management support. The purpose of this week-long conference was to bring together different facets of the Team Aerospace career fields, which included Flight Medicine, Aerospace Physiology, Bioenvironmental Engineering and Public Health. These disciplines were hosted with an emphasis on: updates in processes; pending and already-occurring changes; upcoming challenges and changing vectors in readiness; community health, homeland security; and aerospace medicine.
USAF TAOS Conference had 450+ attendees.
U.S. DOE Annual Small Business Conference
From 2003 through 2009, GenQuest provided supplies, personnel, and other support to the Annual U.S. Department of Energy Small Business Conference and Expo at the following locations.

Average attendance for the DOE Small Business Conference and Expo was 1500+ attendees and 175-200 Exhibitors.
In addition, GenQuest supported other meetings events for the DOE, included the Small Business Program Managers Training from 2003-2009 and the Office of Science Federal Forum in 2007.
For our longstanding partnership with DOE, and our outstanding achievements, GenQuest was awarded the U.S. Department of Energy 8(a)/Protégé Small Business of the Year Award in 2008.
