Terri Giron-Gordon has over 20 years of experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator and mediator. She is President of GenQuest, Inc., which provides professional services to government agencies, laboratories, non-profit organizations and small businesses.
Terri is a recognized conflict resolution expert and has served as the primary mediator for the U.S. Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration for over a decade. In addition to running the company, she continues to work with teams on various organizational development initiatives.
In 2009, GenQuest was named New Mexico’s Service Firm of the Year, received M Magazine’s Women at Work Award, and was listed in New Mexico Business Weekly’s Top Fifty Hispanic-Owned Businesses and Top New Mexico Meeting Planners. GenQuest received the U.S. Department of Energy’s Protégé of the Year Award in 2008 and was listed in Inc 500’s Top 1,000 Fastest Growing Private Companies. GenQuest also received the 2007 Atkinson Woman of Achievement Award.
Terri is a native New Mexican who refers to herself as a Double Lobo. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico.
