Training and Staff Development has remained a strong core capability for GenQuest. We have a large, experienced team of training consultants and instructional designers who all have various areas of expertise. The team is capable of doing instructor led training, computer-based and web-based training.
Many of the instructors have experience working with organizations around the world; they possess current knowledge of the most effective training techniques, adult learning principles, and challenges that organizations face today. We have an established infrastructure and clearly defined roles and responsibilities that result in highly successful and enjoyable projects.
