Carol Emmett has twenty-five years of experience in training, consulting, coaching, and organization development. Carol has worked internationally with clients, from Fortune 100 to start-up firms, government on all levels, and non-profit organizations. She has trained employees at every level, developed learning systems and course materials, and has trained cadres of trainers and facilitators to use her designs.
Carol is a certified leadership coach with more than 1000 hours of coaching experience. She helps leaders develop leadership skills to increase performance, address organizational issues as a thought partner, and prepare for and manage transition. She is qualified to administer a number of assessments, including: MBTI, FIRO-B, LPI, SDI, LAS, Situational Leadership, BarOn EQI; and CCL’s Benchmarks. She has also used 360-degree feedback extensively as a development tool for change.
Carol holds several certifications, including: as aCertified Executive Coach from College of Executive Coaching (ICF accredited); in Leading Organizational Transitions; as a Human Resources Generalist; and with the Center for Creative Leadership Facilitator for CCL Assessments. She received her Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication from University of Maryland.
