Cindy Gregory has over twenty years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, instructional designer, coach, and management consultant. She spent fifteen years at Sandia National Laboratories, mostly in the Leadership and Management area, and then 10 years as a consultant for DeLaPorte & Associates, it was here that she sharpened her management coaching and conflict resolution skills.
Cindy has facilitated supervisory classes for GenQuest Inc. and Culture Stick, based out of Dallas, Texas. She has also done extensive coaching for Culture Stick. Cindy is certified in Social Styles by both the Tracom Group and Wilson Learning. She is also certified in "Front Line Leadership" by Zenger-Miller, Inc., as well as most of the Wilson Learning products: “Leading in Challenging Times”, “The Leader Manager”, “Signature Service”, “Tremendous Customer Service”, “Versatility”, and “Supervisory Leadership” Series.
Cindy holds a BS in Data Management and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the College of Santa Fe. She moved to Albuquerque in 1978 and currently lives in the East Mountains with her husband, Joe Ruggles.
