Consulting Fields: Facilitation, Executive Coaching, Training, and Instructional Design
Robyn McCulloch, M.S., MSC, CHIC, is a global Executive Coach and consultant, certified as both a Master Somatic Coach by the Strozzi Institute and an Executive and Organizational Coach at the internationally renowned Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, California. Robyn completed her Master’s degree in Recreation Administration at California State University, Sacramento, also her alma mater for a Bachelor of Science. Robyn has over 27 years of extraordinary career experiences spanning action learning, intercultural communication, and international business development, including start-ups in Southeast Asia. She has worked with diverse populations worldwide: from Fortune 100 executives to tribal councils to well-known celebrities in film & entertainment.

As a Master Somatic Coach, she ingeniously blends embodied leadership practices with Appreciative Inquiry to create sustainable, meaningful change in her work with executives, high-performance teams, social entrepreneurs, and small business leaders. Her coaching style is energetic, thought-provoking, action-oriented, and always evolving. She is an active member of the New Mexico International Coaches Federation chapter and was a founding board member of the Edges Coaches Community, a global network of coaches.

Robyn co-authored an article, “Building Capacity for Change: The Power of the Body” in the AI Practitioner Journal May 2007 Special Edition issue on Coaching. The article concerned the blending of Somatic Coaching with Appreciative Inquiry.

Living in Taos, New Mexico, Robyn enjoys outdoor activities for personal renewal in the surrounding wilderness between work engagements. She dares to explore interior wild places as much as adventuring in the landscape of the exterior. As a responsible global citizen, Robyn takes a stand for sustainable social, environmental, and economic development.
