Susan Laughlin has over fifteen years of mediation, facilitation and program coordination experience. She has worked in the areas of EEO, workplace, special education, healthcare, child abuse and neglect mediation and community mediation. She has completed over 350 hours of training in mediation and facilitation.
Susan has extensive experience in interdisciplinary consultation, mediator recruitment, evaluation and program documentation. She currently provides mediation services for various public and private organizations including the United States Postal Service and The New Mexico Public Education Department. She is a regional coordinator for the Child Abuse and Neglect Mediation Program with the New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts in the 2nd,11th, 13thand 7thJudicial Districts.
Susan is certified in Healthcare Ethics from the University of New Mexico. She is an honorary graduate from Husson College in Maine with a BS in Business Administration.
